- Passport / Citizenship Details (For Permits).
- Visa Copies & International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Medical Info (Blood Group, Allergies).
- Emergency Contact (Next of Kin).
2. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your data. We strictly share it with:
- Government Authorities: District Magistrate & Army (required to secure Inner Line Permits for Ladakh).
- Accommodation Partners: Hotels/Homestays for mandatory C-Form compliance.
3. Media Rights (Marketing Clause)
Ride and Fire reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the expedition. By participating, you grant us permission to use this media for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media) without payment.
